Why AYAKO Partners exists

The advisory landscape today is fragmented:

  • Traditional VCs bring equity discipline but dismiss tokenomics as « crypto speculation. »
  • Web3 advisors bring token design expertise but lack experience with institutional equity rounds.
  • Founders with hybrid models are forced to choose one path or navigate both alone.

We saw this pattern repeatedly across our five years in European corporate finance. Smart founders building real businesses were being cornered into false choices.

That’s not a funding strategy. It’s compromise.

Ayako Partners was founded to offer integrated expertise: Structuring the financing YOUR business model needs, not what fits an advisor’s comfort zone.

Vision

What we’re building

We take between six and ten active mandates per year.

This is not a positioning exercise, it’s a capacity constraint we enforce because deep engagement requires time.

We apply the same qualification standard to every mandate we accept that we apply to any financial commitment: does this structure make sense?

If it doesn’t, we say so. If the fit is not there, we say that too.

We would rather decline a mandate than damage a founder’s credibility. Or our own.
